Why do you require exact birth time?
The product is built around chart transitions that can move hour pillars, day rollover risk, and timing layers. The current supported flow requires a recorded birth time; new personal products remain on hold while input support is reviewed.
Do you accept approximate or unknown birth time?
No. We would rather reject uncertain input than sell a structured reading on a chart that may not be stable enough for the promises we make.
What birth years are currently supported?
The verified commercial range currently covers 1900-2099. Years outside that window are blocked until the chart data can be supported with the same standard from preview through delivery.
Are new personal readings available?
The new Day Story, core, and in-depth personal readings are not available yet. Existing purchases remain accessible. The existing compatibility reading is separate and provides a private web report and a downloadable PDF after payment. Delivery is digital only.
Is this fortune telling or therapy?
No. The product is a traditional East Asian pattern-reading system presented in practical English for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment.
