1. Digital product policy
saju tell u sells personalized digital goods and digital services. Because the content is generated for the specific order and delivered digitally, refunds are limited once a report has been successfully created and delivered.
2. When we will generally refund
- A duplicate charge was made for the same purchase.
- You were charged, but we failed to deliver the purchased report.
- A technical fault on our side made the purchased report inaccessible and we cannot correct it.
- A refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
3. When we generally do not refund
- The personalized report was successfully generated and delivered.
- You changed your mind after receiving the report.
- You entered incorrect birth data or order information.
- You disagree with the interpretation, style, or conclusions of the report.
4. Request window
If you believe a refund is appropriate, contact us within 7 days of the charge and include your order details, the email used at checkout, and a short explanation of the problem.
5. How to request a refund
Send refund requests to support@sajutellu.xyz. We may ask for supporting details so we can verify the order and the delivery status.
6. Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be sent back through the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your payment provider and bank.
