1. Information we collect
- Birth and profile details that you enter to generate a chart or report.
- Account, order, and support information such as your email address and order identifiers.
- Technical usage data such as browser, device, IP-derived diagnostics, and website interaction logs.
- Payment metadata supplied by our payment providers to confirm successful checkout.
2. Why we use your information
- To generate previews, reports, compatibility results, and related digital content.
- To process purchases, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
- To store report records, regenerate purchased reports, and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- To improve product quality, reliability, and safety.
3. Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers. We may receive limited billing metadata from our payment providers so we can confirm transactions, handle disputes, and provide support.
4. Birth data and report content
Birth details and generated report content are core service data. We use them to calculate charts, generate readings, and retain access to completed purchases. Because our service is personalized, deleting some of this data may limit our ability to regenerate or support a purchased report.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us host the site, process payments, store reports, or deliver technical support. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from fraud or abuse.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics on selected public information pages to understand which pages people visit. We send the public page address and a fixed page title. We exclude URL query parameters, fragments, previous-page addresses, birth-detail forms, previews, private reports, account and sign-in pages, checkout pages, and shared personal snapshots from this measurement.
On eligible public pages, we may also record which published content or sample was opened, whether the last sample block became visible, and whether the reading comparison became visible. These events use fixed content identifiers and versions. The last block becoming visible does not mean a reader finished or understood the sample. Local editorial previews are excluded from these sample events. Unpublished content has no content-open measurement.
We do not send birth details, report text, names, email addresses, order identifiers, or private access links as analytics event data. Advertising storage, Google signals, and advertising personalization are disabled for this integration. Your browser settings or an analytics blocker may limit collection.
6. Retention
We keep personal data and report records for as long as needed to operate the service, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and support prior purchases.
7. Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and operational limits. To make a privacy request, email admin@sajutellu.xyz.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer data. No website or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so you use the service with that understanding.
