1. Who this page is for
Use this page if you created or connected a saju tell u account with Facebook Login and want us to delete the associated data we store for that account.
2. How to request deletion
- Email support@sajutellu.xyz from the email address associated with your account if possible.
- Use the subject line “Facebook data deletion request”.
- Include the Facebook name or email tied to the account, and tell us whether you want the account removed entirely or only the Facebook-linked connection deleted.
3. What we delete
After we verify the request, we will delete or disconnect the account data associated with your Facebook login, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and operational retention limits.
- Account linkage and login connection data tied to Facebook.
- Stored profile information that is only needed for the deleted account.
- Related support notes once the request is complete, where we are allowed to remove them.
4. What may remain
Some records may be retained for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, or technical audit purposes. Where possible, those records are minimized or de-identified.
5. Timing
We try to handle deletion requests promptly after verification. If we need extra details to confirm the request, we will reply by email before taking action.
